Michigan Mold Testing & Inspections
Michigan is unique for mold growth due to the numerous lakes, ponds, streams and swamps in our state. All this humidity increases the chance for mold to grow anywhere in Michigan. We are AIHA certified to perform mold testing, air sampling and mold assessments to help get your home and family healthy again. We do not remediate mold because of the conflict of interest that is present between mold testing and mold remediation. You should always hire a testing firm, preferably us, and a mold remediation contractor separately. This ensures mold is correctly being remediated from your home per Standard protocols. Once remediation is complete, we can provide clearance mold sampling to ensure your home is free of elevated levels of mold. If not, the clearance report will instruct the remedial contractor to clean further until acceptable results are obtained.
